Mexican guet Chef, Ana Martorell, in collaboration with the Embassy of Mexico, brings her culinary talents to The St. Regis Doha showcasing traditional Mexican cuisine from October 29 until November 4.

Come and explore ‘The Flavours of Mexico’ at The St. Regis Doha, a week packed with vivacious and colourful dishes, where you can experience the exclusive culinary talents of Guest Chef Ana Martorell.


29th of October to 4th of November
Saturday to Thursday, from 4pm to 11pm
Friday, from 6:30pm to 11pm

The exclusively curated menu by the St. Regis’ Executive Chef, Joseph Murphy and guest Chef, Ana Martorell is available for dinner at Astor Grill, alongside the regular menu featuring prime cuts and seafood prepared on the grill. Guests attending the dinner will indulge in four exquisite courses; they will start the culinary experience with the delicious grilled Cesar salad followed by the noodles Tlayacapan style and the lamb shank filled tortilla ‘inflata’ in a charred spicy sauce served with mashed potatoes and Chile ancho puree. To finish on a sweet note, guests will be treated to a mouth-watering molten chocolate delicacy cooked in a pure clay pot.

This St. Regis Grand Brunch will showcase Mexican influenced dishes prepared by Chef Ana Martorell such as the mushroom quesadillas, stuffed corn dough pastries, spicy sausages sopes, green enchiladas, enfrijoladas rosarito among others.
